Commandery Poet-in-Residence

Writing is never a chore for me, it’s a delight, but then so is historical research, and I am very fortunate to be able to combine both through my collaboration with The Commandery, Worcester as their Poet-in-Residence. With news of lockdown restrictions easing comes the wonderful news that they are soon re-opening their gardens, and little me will be there writing, chatting, and creating. I can’t wait!

That’s not to say that I’ve been idle while they’ve been closed. Take a look at the recent video I created for them as part of the Love Worcester Heritage Festival – Angels of the Oak. There’ll be several new ones over the coming weeks, too. Watch out for International Women’s Day on Monday March 8th.

For those who missed it (it wasn’t that cold outside!), here’s the link to the recent Christmas and Festive performance I held at The Commandery: Festive Tales
